Do you have more than one area of pain like back and leg pain at the same time or neck and arm pain? Have you had a traumatic injury such as a car crash, fall from a horse / bike or a climbing accident where more than one area has been injured? Maybe you would like an opinion and need rehabilitation or an exercise programme for something specific, and you don't live in the Dublin area to attend in person. This 30 minute online session will let you get assessed and receive advice, all from the comfort of your own home, or workplace.

TMJ (Jaw) Pain
Have you got swelling and/or pain around the jaw area? Does it hurt to smile or to eat? TMJ (temporo-mandibular) dysfunction can result in pain, restricted movement and/ or noises from the jaw. It might flare up after a visit to the dentist, a period of stress, eating food that is tough to chew, grinding your teeth (bruxism) or following a physical injury to the area.​
Lucie has completed specialist postgraduate training in assessment and treatment of cranio-mandibular issues and can use a combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy to help speed your recovery and prevent recurrence. ​

Breathing Pattern Disorder
Do you have: a feeling of 'air hunger' at rest or during movement or sport; a sore neck, shoulders or back; frequent sighing and yawning; disturbed sleep; a feeling of being anxious and uptight; pins and needles; an upset gut or nausea; clammy hands; fatigue; or, achy muscles and joints?
​If so, you might benefit from assessment for a breathing pattern disorder. Lucie is a certified Bradcliff Breathing Method practitioner (2023). Treatment often involves breathing pattern retraining and respiratory muscle strengthening, at rest and during activity or sport. ​

Running or Endurance Sport Injury
Are you struggling to increase your running speed or distance? Do you keep getting the same injury and don't know where to start putting it right? Have you had muscle, ligament, cartilage or tendon injury to your hip, knee or ankle?
Lucie has a broad sporting background herself and has specific postgraduate training in endurance-sport (DU Trail Running, Grenoble 2023) and sprinting (Optimizing Acceleration, David Sadkin 2025). She will assess your lower limb biomechanics, overall strength and flexibility and propose a plan to improve any deficits within defined timescales. ​​
